Annually the Oregon Wheat Commission conducts a Quality Workshop for growers of the state covering the various aspects of the marketing process. This is an opportunity for growers to see firsthand the shipping, grading, product development and customer relations including topics like Supply & Demand, transportation issues, Sanitary/Phyto-Sanitary issues and global conditions affecting the price of wheat.
