The Oregon Wheat Commission will host its annual Grower Workshop February 25-26, 2025. The workshop features a variety of tours, including the Wheat Marketing Center, Shaver Transportation, a wheat foods manufacturing facility, and a local grain export facility. Participants are provided updates on OSU wheat research, highlights from U.S. Wheat Associates and more. The workshop provides an opportunity for growers to see firsthand the shipping, grading, product development and customer relations including topics like Supply & Demand, transportation issues, Sanitary/Phyto-Sanitary issues and global conditions affecting the price of wheat.
