Oregon-Washington Grain Convention

Join us November 30-December 2, 2026 for the Oregon-Washington Wheat Growers Convention in Kennewick, WA! Three days of policy sessions, industry updates, and direct conversations that shape the future of wheat farming in the Pacific Northwest.

Hotel and Site Information

The event will take place at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, WA. We have room blocks at the closest two hotels — the Springhill Suites 509-820-3026 and the Hilton Garden Inn 509-735-4600. Hotel room block ends October 31st; after that prices will increase.

What to Expect/Schedule Overview

Monday, November 30, 2026: Afternoon Opening Day
2:00 pm: Oregon Wheat Commission meeting (public meeting; open to all attendees)
3:30 pm: Exhibit Hall opens
5:30 pm: Reception for all attendees
8:30 pm: 'Wish you were Beer' social

Tuesday, December 1, 2026: Main Convention Day
8:00 am: Breakfast keynote Michelle Miller
9:30 am: Oregon Wheat Growers League Board meeting (open to all current League members)
Noon: Luncheon keynote Chad Colby
2:30 pm: Oregon Wheat Growers League Annual meeting (open to all current League members)

Oregon Day: Annual Meeting

The Annual Membership Meeting of the Oregon Wheat Growers League has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, 2026 from 2:30 - 4:00 pm at the Tri-Cities Conference Center in Kennewick, WA (in conjunction with the Grain Growers Convention).

Registration to the conference is not required to attend the annual meeting.

The business meeting will include the election of officers, review of 2025/26 Fiscal Year Audit Report, adoption of policies, introduction of the 2027 Board of Directors, and the traditional presentation of the gavel to the incoming President. Members of the Association in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend.
